Wow! That what an informative, emotional and jam packed Refugee Week that was!
Wonderful to have my two girls with me for the Companion House Soccer Tournament and the Walk Together march and concert. They embody such compassion and common sense at ages 7&10 (yes I am a proud Mum indeed).
Well done to all organisers and THANK YOU to the many who shared their stories. It reinforced my belief in the potential of digital storytelling as part of what I wrote for UNHCR ROC in 2010 “Broader-Community Engagement as a Refugee Protection Tool”.
