About Rowena
I bring over 20 years of executive HR leadership experience across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia, supporting organisations as they navigate the people impacts of AI and system change. I work with leaders who know something needs to change, but want to move forward thoughtfully without rushing, overwhelming teams, or damaging trust.
